About the role
Manage social media for an AI infrastructure software business, turning industry developments into timely content for company channels and executive accounts. You will follow the AI cloud and GPU infrastructure market, develop original creative ideas, and bring leadership finished posts ready for review.
This role combines industry monitoring, executive ghostwriting, visual content creation, and launch coverage. You will own the social program and use AI tools to work efficiently while maintaining a distinctive voice and sound editorial judgment.
Your day-to-day
- Monitor AI cloud and GPU infrastructure news, funding announcements, product launches, outages, and industry conversations.
- Build systems of alerts, feeds, and agents to track relevant developments across sources such as SemiAnalysis, Hacker News, and X.
- Respond to timely developments within a 24-48 hour window, preparing several finished posts with different angles for leadership to review.
- Write posts in the CEO's and other leaders' voices, turning their perspectives into original commentary.
- Create recurring formats, visual series, and original social concepts, including producing the visuals yourself.
- Manage company LinkedIn and X accounts, maintaining a busy launch and event calendar with multiple posts per launch.
- Bring ideas proactively, run the program independently, and incorporate direct feedback.
Skills you will bring
- Examples of successful posts, accounts, or social campaigns you created, with an explanation of your approach, timing, and results.
- Ability to produce timely content while recognizing when a post needs additional review.
- Strong understanding of successful technology content on LinkedIn and X.
- Ability to learn technical markets quickly and develop informed perspectives on industry developments.
- Daily experience using AI tools while retaining ownership of ideas, judgment, and voice.
- Initiative, creative ownership, and comfort receiving direct feedback.
Experience that would help
- Growing social audiences for developer tools, infrastructure, AI, or startup founders.
- Ghostwriting for founders or executives on LinkedIn or X.
- Editing short video clips from talks, demos, or events for same-day publication.
- Independently managing live social coverage at industry events.
